Mortgage Relief and Ban on Home Foreclosures Extended to June 30

President Joe Biden has extended the home foreclosure moratorium for federally backed mortgages another three months to June 30. The administration also announced it will provide struggling homeowners until June 30 to request a mortgage payment forbearance from their lender, to pause or reduce mortgage payments.
