The San Diego Association of REALTORS® is governed by a framework of foundational documents that ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with our mission to protect private property rights and support REALTOR® success. This section includes access to our current bylaws and association policies that define the structure, purpose, and operational procedures of SDAR.
We encourage all members to review these documents to stay informed about the rules that guide our organization and support ethical, professional real estate practices throughout San Diego County.
The SDAR Bylaws are the core governing document of the Association. They outline the rights and responsibilities of members, the structure of the Board of Directors, the election process, and operational rules that govern SDAR's leadership, committees, and membership. These bylaws are reviewed regularly to reflect current best practices and legal requirements in association management.
