Recognition of Excellence (ROE)
The Recognition of Excellence recognizes REALTORS® and Brokers who have achieved exceptional success in sales production. These awards celebrate top producers who consistently demonstrate market expertise, dedication to their clients, and a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism.
Follow these easy steps to ensure a successful Recognition of Excellence (ROE) application:
1. Read all the instructions carefully.
2. Download the official sales sheet, enter your 2025 sales, and have your Broker sign off.
3. Submit your Individual or Team ROE Application.
REMEMBER: If you apply for a team award, you are not eligible to apply for an individual award.

Awards of Excellence (AOE)
The Awards of Excellence honor REALTORS® and Brokers who go beyond sales performance to make a lasting impact in the industry and their communities. These awards celebrate individuals who contribute through mentorship, advocacy, leadership, and community service, shaping the future of real estate with their dedication and influence. Both award categories reflect the highest levels of achievement, recognizing REALTORS® who set the standard for excellence in real estate.
