Cold Calling Part 2 takes your prospecting skills to the next level by focusing on advanced conversations, lead conversion strategies, and building a consistent pipeline from daily outbound calls. Designed for REALTORS® ready to sharpen their phone skills and increase results, this follow-up session dives deeper into real-world scripting, objection handling, follow-up systems, and appointment-setting techniques that help turn conversations into signed clients.
 

Led by San Diego real estate leader David S. Jefferson, this class expands on the fundamentals introduced in his initial realtor education class by teaching agents how to create stronger connections, navigate difficult seller conversations, and confidently manage FSBO, expired, and circle prospecting opportunities. Participants will learn advanced communication strategies, effective follow-up methods, and practical systems that help transform cold leads into long-term business relationships.
