At the San Diego Association of REALTORS®, our strength lies in the passion and participation of our members. One of the most impactful ways to shape the future of our industry—and grow as a real estate professional—is through serving on a committee. SDAR committees are where ideas become initiatives, and initiatives become meaningful results for our members and the community.
Committees are the lifeblood of SDAR. They bring together a diverse group of real estate professionals to collaborate, innovate, and lead. These groups help guide the direction of our association, influence industry policy, and organize events and education that directly benefit our members. Being involved means having a voice—and making it count.
Whether you're passionate about advocacy, education, technology, or community outreach, there's a place for you at SDAR.
Here’s a look at the key committees you can join:
The Budget & Assets Committee is responsible for formulating and proposing the annual SDAR budget and annual dues amount. They review financial statements, analyze economic trends, and assess their potential impact on SDAR. Additionally, the committee ensures the effectiveness of accounting procedures, contributing to the financial stability that attracts and retains members.
