One of 34 commercial association of REALTORS® nationwide, CRASD is “Your Industry Advocate and Information Source in Commercial Real Estate” in San Diego. CRASD mirrors on a local level the purpose of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for commercial real estate, which is to enhance the ability and opportunity of its members to conduct their business successfully and ethically and to promote the preservation of the right to own, use and transfer real property. The Mediation Committee contributes to the successful operation of the Real Estate Mediation Center which specializes in resolving disputes arising during any stage of the real estate transactions.
