SDAR knows that Brokers and their administrative staff can be burdened by the paperwork required to ensure that all agents under their licenses are in compliance with the rules of the California and National Association of REALTORS® regarding dues collection. Brokerages that do not comply are required to remove these agents from their license, and not doing so will require SDAR to drop the brokerage from its membership.
