2027 Business Plan Workshop

2027 Business Plan Workshop is an interactive, results-focused session designed to help REALTORS® evaluate their past performance, identify opportunities, and develop a strategic business plan for the year ahead. Led by SDAR instructor and experienced broker-owner Scott Vinson II, this workshop guides participants through practical exercises focused on goal setting, accountability, time management, marketing, and financial planning.

Participants will examine where their business originated in 2026 and determine which lead sources, including sphere of influence, referrals, geographic farming, and open houses, should receive greater attention in 2027. The workshop also covers creating targeted marketing plans, developing networking and follow-up strategies, and more!
