Realtor.com+™: Elevate the Client Experience is a hands-on training designed to help REALTORS® strengthen client collaboration and stay connected throughout the real estate journey. As an SDMLS member benefit, Realtor.com+™ brings client searches, listings, and messages together in one protected, branded, and collaborative platform.

 

Led by Realtor.com Customer Education and Training Specialist Heather Hwang, this session will explore why Realtor.com+™ was created, how it can enhance the client experience, and how agents can use the platform to collaborate more effectively with buyers and sellers. Through a practical “day-in-the-life” demonstration, participants will see the agent-client experience in action and learn how to get started by accessing Realtor.com+™ and inviting a client.
