SDAR Partnership Gives Backpacks to SD Children

In partnership with One San Diego, the Ambassadors Foundation is working to provide backpacks and school supplies to more than 3,000 children in some of San Diego's underserved communities.

Participating Schools and Dates:

Encanto Elementary - August 19
Horton Elementary - August 20
Walker Elementary - August 21
Baker Elementary - August 22
Kimbrough Elementary - August 23

1. Contribute! Support the cost of providing a young student with a brand-new backpack and school supplies estimated to cost around $25-$50. Your contribution of $25 or more will help support our efforts! DONATE

2. Volunteer at one of our backpack giveaway events above at one of the participating schools. Sign up to help with setup from 8:30-10:30 am and/or help handout backpacks and school supplies from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.
