Professional Experience

Ms. Robberson’s commercial litigation practice includes breach of contract; business torts; trade secret; as well as alter ego consults. In her cross-border practice, she handles business litigation involving parties from Spanish-speaking countries, along with transportation/risk litigation.

The breadth of Ms. Robberson’s practice spans from jurisdictional and forum related issues, through trial and judgment enforcement/defense for domestic and foreign parties, as well as alter ego and successor liability litigation. In addition, she provides business owners and executives alter ego and corporate veil piercing audit services.

Ms. Robberson has been with HFM since earning her law degree in 1997. Her significant accomplishments include successful jury trials, a published opinion from the California Court of Appeal and providing expert witness testimony before the Beit Din, the West Coast Rabbinical Court, on the issue of business practices related to the construction industry. She presents at various Latino community focused informational seminars, and actively participates in the Price Philanthropies Hoover High School Cardinals Interact Program. In the past, she has been a regular co-host on the Spanish language “De Viva Voz” radio show on Univision’s Recuerdo 102.9 FM.  Ms. Robberson is admitted to practice law in the United States Southern, Northern, Eastern and Central District Courts of California. She currently serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for global legal network ALFA International, for which she has served as a board member in the past. Ms. Robberson currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, San Diego Chapter, and the United States/Mexico Bar Association. She is also a member of the HFM Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Ms. Robberson is a member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego. She recently spoke to the Professional Advancement Committee on “How to Build Your Book of Business.”
