Introduction

SDAR’s Accounting Department works to streamline your membership dues and fees. We want to provide the highest level of customer service and we want to make the payment process as easy as possible for members. Important due dates:

SDAR Annual Dues

  • Due January 2, 2008
  • Delinquent February 1, 2008 with a $25.00 late fee
  • Terminated March 1, 2008 with a $25.00 late fee and $30.00 C.A.R reinstatement fee

Please note: PAC Contributions are voluntary. Members can choose to pay some, all or none of the contributions.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Dues

  • First Quarter: Due January 2, 2008
  • Second Quarter: Due April 1, 2008
  • Third Quarter: Due July 1, 2008
  • Fourth Quarter: Due October 1, 2008

Paying bills on-line through SDAR Internet Member Services/Member Login

All members may pay their bills online by clicking Member Login located in the yellow box on the right hand-side of this page and then typing in your SDAR member number and password. Please note, SDAR's Internet Member Services and Tempo are two different systems. Both use your 6-digit member number as the login ID. However, passwords may be different. If you are having trouble logging in, click on the Forgot your password? link for assistance.

Here are some easy instructions for paying online.

  • Go to My Accounts and Information and click Pay Realtor® and MLS invoices. Select the invoice to be paid by clicking the pay now box and continue with your payment options.
  • If you wish to save your credit card information, please keep in mind that SDAR will not automatically charge your card through this system. You must fill out the Authorized Auto Debit form to have your credit card on file at SDAR. For your convenience, this form is now interactive so you can fill it out on your computer screen, then print it, sign it, and fax it back to SDAR at (858) 715-8088. You may need the newest version of Adobe Reader to view the interactive form, click here to download.
  • The transaction has been completed when the receipt number appears on the screen. If you do not receive a receipt number, please contact the SDAR’s Accounting Department
    at (858) 715-8050.

Changing Personal Information

Your personal information can be changed online through SDAR Member Login. Go to My Accounts and Information and click edit personal information. Please note that office information may NOT be changed through this service. Office information must be changed in writing.

Account Activity

Payment history may be viewed online through SDAR Member login. Go to My Accounts and Information and click Pay Realtor® and MLS invoices. On the bottom left corner click Account Activity Report. Select the time period that you wish to view and hit submit. For example, for 2006 tax recording purposes you would select the date range of 1/1/06 thru 12/31/06.
