WINForms Online® has now transitioned all of their existing transactions into the new zipForm® Professional software. Desktop users can select to import all previously saved transactions from WINForms® Desktop to zipForm® 6 Standard version.

C.A.R. members will be prompted for a free upgrade to zipForm® 6. The new application features easy-to-use navigation that lets you move quickly through documents and transactions.

Local transaction forms are available FREE for SDAR REALTOR® members to download. All other San Diego County REALTORS® who wish to download the forms are charged $69.

Risk Management Transaction Forms

zipForm® 6 Download with SDAR Risk Management Forms Library

Follow these steps to download zipForm® 6 with SDAR add-on library:

  1. Log in to zipForm® Online (or Desktop)
  2. Under the Help tab, select zipForm® Store
  3. Choose “Shop for Additional Products”
  4. Choose the item “Form” with $0.00
  5. You will see the RMF-SDAR library for $0.00
  6. Click Add to Cart to complete the order process
  7. Once the library is added you can view the forms under the library drop-down menu
