1. Tour Hours - 10a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
2. Deadline for input - Properties must be added to Tour #8 via TEMPO no later than WEDNESDAY at noon. (Be sure to have the complex name in either the subdivision or comments section.)
3. A property may be placed on tour once during its listing period with a given broker, unless a significant change (price reduction, refurbishment) warrants a re-tour.
4. Tour eligibility - Property must be located in the 92101 zip code OR 92103 (ONLY West of Park and South of University).
5. Pitching - Listing agent or agent representative should be present at the pitch meeting and at the property. Keep pitch precise with only useful information & max 30 seconds.
6. The contacts will not add your listing to the caravan via TEMPO – you must do this under your own MLS log-on ID.
7. Admission $3, pitch $1 each and an optional breakfast for $5
