Affiliate members are individuals or companies who, while not directly engaged as real estate agents or brokers, have business interests or are a part of real estate transactions and also support the objectives of the SDAR. They include, but are not limited to Home Mortgage Divisions, Financial Services, Escrow, Title, Home Inspection, Insurance, Appraiser and home staging companies.

SDAR Affiliates also have the option of joining the California Association of REALTORS® as "C.A.R. Affiliates." This includes an additional $35 processing fee and C.A.R. membership dues - entitling you to C.A.R membership benefits.

Apply for Affiliate Membership

The cost of a Designated Affiliate Membership is only $195 per year, plus a one-time $75 application fee (only $270 for the first year).
