Statement

All mediation is essentially facilitative in nature when welcomed by the parties. I enthusiastically provide analytical input based on a lifetime of real estate experience and can effectively calm the high conflict personalities inevitably involved in each mediation. I bring unique value in seeking a resolution with creative facilitation to avoid the potentially overwhelming costs and frustration of starting or continuing litigation, a world unsuited for most people I have encountered.
