Thomas Goode is a founding partner of Goode Hemme APC. Thomas’ 40-year practice has focused on all aspects of Real Estate Litigation. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Goode was involved in real estate development, mortgage banking, and commercial brokerage. His “real world” experience adds invaluable insights to the mediation experience. Having led clients of all types including consumers, business owners, and brokers through more than 300 mediations, Mr. Goode brings unique perspective to his mediation practice. Mr. Goode also served with distinction as an active-duty U.S. Army Intelligence Officer.
All mediation is essentially facilitative in nature when welcomed by the parties. I enthusiastically provide analytical input based on a lifetime of real estate experience and can effectively calm the high conflict personalities inevitably involved in each mediation. I bring unique value in seeking a resolution with creative facilitation to avoid the potentially overwhelming costs and frustration of starting or continuing litigation, a world unsuited for most people I have encountered.
