New & Revised Risk Management Forms: Here's What You Need to Know

SDAR's Risk Management Committee monitors the content and use of forms at both the local at state level. Many of the forms are designed at SDAR to protect our REALTORS® make their way across the state and are adopted by the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) C.A.R. updates its forms twice a year, and this month it has published three new forms and 11 revised forms that may affect your business.
