SDAR Hosts 50th District and Mayoral Debates

It’s almost time to vote! There are important races on the March 3 Primary Election ballot, but few can match the level of public interest in the contests for California's 50th Congressional District and San Diego Mayor.

SDAR invites you to attend TWO free public debates in the afternoon following the New Laws & Industry Outlook on Friday, February 14. You’ll hear from candidates about issues important to our region including the housing supply, rent control, homelessness, and much more!

Moderating both debates will be Matthew T. Hall, editorial and opinion director at the San Diego Union-Tribune and western region director for the national board of the Society of Professional Journalists.
