The Ambassadors Foundation's "Farm For A Cause" Press Conference and Kick-Off was held on April 6 at the County Administration Building to promote the fight to protect San Diego’s families and homes against the opioid crisis. Along with Safe Homes Coalition, American Medical Response and Supervisor Kristin Gaspar, volunteers helped spread the word about safe disposal of prescription medications. Following the press conference, Supervisor Gaspar walked with SDAR President Kevin Burke in a San Diego neighborhood to start spreading the word.
