Professional Experience
Mark Goldman is a loan officer with C2 Financial Corporation, commercial mortgage broker and real estate consultant. Mark got his first real estate license in 1974, and his California broker license was issued in 1980. He taught real estate at SDSU from 2005 through 2018, and was also a real estate instructor at UCSD Extension. Mark was an educational consultant to the Realtor National Marketing Institute (now know as the CCIM Institute) where he helped author commercial investment analysis courses and textbooks, including courses required for the CCIM designation.
