Juanita Villalvazo is a renowned financial literacy trainer, first-time homebuyer coach, and financial coach, currently employed with the San Diego Housing Commission and Working Credit.  As a HUD Certified Housing Counselor with over 40 years of experience facilitating and creating financial literacy programs, and down payment first-time homebuying assistance program, her focus is on preparing first-time homebuyer for their first home, and instructing agents on the programs available to their clients to address affordability concerns.
