Member Business Center opens
SDAR recently opened a Member Business Center in the Kearny Mesa main office. Members may use the center to make local calls, utilize one of two computers to access the Internet, and conduct other business in a private office setting. (Personal computer connections are not available.) A SentriLock® card reader is also available to update smart cards. Members are asked to sign in and out at reception when they use the business center, and to limit their time to 20 minutes.

What should I do if I forget my Tempo password?
Go to www.sandicor.com, click on Tempo MLS. Then click on the “I forgot my password” link.
How do I update my personal information on Tempo?
You can update your phone numbers, email address, and home address through SDAR Member Login. From www.sdar.com, enter your Member ID number and password in the yellow login box. This password is different from your Tempo password. Once logged in, go to “Edit Personal Information.” Any changes made will be reflected on Tempo the following business day.
How do I download WINForms®?
Here is information about WINForms®. Under SDAR REALTORS® select either “Desktop” or “Online.” You will need to login with your 9-digit, National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) member number. If you do not have your password, please call the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) at (213) 739-8200.
