Risk Management Specialist™ Program Requirements
Risk Management Specialist™ (RMS) Program Requirements:
- A member in good standing of NAR.
- Complete the Conquering Contracts course before applying for membership, or within six months after application.
- Complete the remaining 28 credits of courses within two years.
The following courses must be taken every two (2) years to maintain your RMS certification:
- Conquering Contracts
- When in Doubt...Disclose, Disclose, Disclose!
- 26 Ways to Avoid Lawsuits
Dues
- The initial application fee and first year of RMS Program dues is $125.
- Annual dues for subsequent years is $99.
RMS Education Card
SDAR offers an RMS Education Card for RMS courses offered through its Education and Legal Departments for $715, which is a 10 percent discount off individual class fees. Contact SDAR at (858) 715-8041 for information.
