The Risk Management Specialist™ Course of Study
RMS™ Program members must complete nine fully accredited courses. The $715 RMS™ Education Card represents a 10% discount off the individual course fees. Additional classes may be added to this program to maintain the integrity of its purpose, which is to bring REALTORS® up-to-the minute information and reduce liability through practical education.

2. All courses are available to audit (with out DRE credit) after the initial completion of the same course. There will be a small fee for replacement materials. Auditing seats are limited.
