Most cities, and the County of San Diego, have adopted various forms of water retrofit requirements mandating the installation of ultra-low flow (ULF) water fixtures, including toilets, showerheads and faucet aerators. The following is an overview of the ULF fixture requirements for each municipality in San Diego County.
