Water Conservation Certificate : Use this form to certify compliance with San Diego Municipal Code (SDMC) Section 147.04 for any change to property ownership. The Seller/transferor is responsible for the filing of this Certificate. Use a Transfer of Responsibility to Retrofit Certificate when the buyer/transferee agrees to perform the required plumbing retrofit.

Transfer of Responsibility to Retrofit Certificate : Use this to signify mutual agreement between the Seller/Transferor and the Buyer/Transferee of a property located within the City of San Diego, to transfer the responsibility of retrofitting the property to the Buyer/Transferee pursuant to the requirement of San Diego Municipal Code Section 147.04.
