Continuing Education Courses - 45-Hour Renewal Correspondence Course

SDAR offers the following 45-hour renewal course required by the DRE. Real Estate Agents in their second four-year license period are required to take the following for classes.

  • Trust Fund
  • Fair Housing
  • Ethics
  • Agency
  • Risk Management
  • Financing Options to Increase Sales – Consumer Protection credit
  • Protect Yourself and Your Client – Consumer Service credit

Continuing Education Courses - 15-Hour Renewal Correspondence Course

SDAR offers the 15-hour renewal course required by the Department of Real Estate (DRE). Real estate agents in their first four-year license period are required to take the following four classes.

  • Trust Fund
  • Fair Housing
  • Ethics
  • Agency
  • Risk Management

The First Four-Year Renewal - College-Level Courses

SDAR offers Correspondence Courses to meet your 18-month Conditional License requirements or to obtain your Broker License. All testing is online.

Choose from the following eight courses:

  • Real Estate Practice - Mandatory Class
  • Real Estate Finance
  • Real Estate Economics
  • Real Estate Office Administration
  • Real Estate Appraisal
  • Real Estate Law
