The Real Estate Principles Correspondence Course is quick, easy and convenient. Course material may be purchased at SDAR’s Kearny Mesa location or the Ranch Bernardo Service Center.

Step Two - One-Day Live Real Estate License Prep

You've taken the Principles course and now need to take your real estate exam. With the Real Estate Exam Prep Class, you get a 99% Guaranteed Pass Rate on the state exam or your money back.* The instructor gives you:

  • More than 15 years of experience with the California state exam system
  • Eight full hours of highly informative lectures
  • Answers to YOUR questions
  • Six hours of audio tape information to review before class
  • 500 practice questions similar to those seen on the state exam

* 99% Pass Rate guarantees passing of the state exam by the second attempt. Prep course must have been taken within three weeks of each state testing date.
