"The True Cost of Doing Business" Additional $130

This level is in addition to the initial $150 contribution. $49 is added for CREPAC Champion which goes to state candidates and $99 is added for CREPAC/Federal which goes to federal candidates. This level includes an invitation to the C.A.R. Capitol Reception in Sacramento. C.A.R. calls this "The True Cost of Doing Business" because it is the estimated cost, per member, each year to lobby on REALTOR® issues.

SDAR Ambassador Fund

The San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR) created the Ambassadors Foundation with the goal of assisting San Diego Police Department (SDPD) officers to become homeowners, providing them and their families a better quality of life as they become vested in homeownership and their surrounding communities.

Housing Affordability Fund

In November, 2002, California REALTORS® unveiled the Housing Affordability Fund, a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to addressing California’s growing housing affordability crisis. In the midst of skyrocketing housing costs, REALTORS® were bearing witness to more working families getting pushed away from the American dream of homeownership. The Housing Affordability Fund was established to provide more options for first time homebuyers’ entry into homeownership.
