Paying bills on-line through SDAR Internet Member Services/Member Login

All members may pay their bills online by clicking here . Please note, SDAR's Internet Member Services and Tempo are two different systems. Both use your 6-digit member number as the login ID. However, passwords may be different. If you are having trouble logging in, click on the Forgot your password? link for assistance.

Here are some easy instructions for paying online.

• Go to My Accounts and Information and click Pay Realtor® and MLS invoices. Select the invoice to be paid by clicking the pay now box and continue with your payment options.
  
• If you wish to save your credit card information, please keep in mind that SDAR will not automatically charge your card through this system. You must fill out the Authorized Auto Debit form to have your credit card on file at SDAR.
• The transaction has been completed when the receipt number appears on the screen. If you do not receive a receipt number, please contact the SDAR's Accounting Department at (858) 715-8050.

Important due dates:

SDAR Annual Dues

- Due January 6, 2012

- Delinquent January 9, 2012 with a $25.00 late fee

- Terminated February 29, 2012 with a $25.00 late fee and $30.00 C.A.R. reinstatement fee

- If dues are deferred (bifurcated), second portion due July 2, 2012

Please note: PAC contributions are voluntary. Members can choose to pay all, some, or none.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Dues

- First Quarter: Due January 3, 2012

- Second Quarter: Due April 2, 2012

- Third Quarter: Due July 2, 2012

- Fourth Quarter Due: October 1, 2012
